This was a delicious piece of pie from Selfridges in Manchester made from pork and black pudding. Black pudding is a Northern delicacy from blood and fats. I served it with my homemade pear chutney and salad.Labels: Ploughmans Lunch

I live in the North of England.I used to teach Art and creative textiles but now I am retired with my husband. I enjoy making all types of food.
